| This painting was done specifically for a Valentine's Day show at the M Modern gallery in Palm Springs, CA. I have been working on a series of acryli c paintings of vintage guitars called "Something Electric" and had the idea for a theme of "First Love" embodied by a beautiful candy apple red Goya guitar with Farrah Fawcett (famous poster pin-up) picture on it surrounded by hearts with slogans from Sweet Tart candies. It's on display at the "MODERN LOVE" art exhibit opening Saturday, February 14 (Reception 3-7pm) at the M Modern Gallery, 400 N. Palm Canyon Dr. Palm Springs, CA.
