My jet black "Les Paul" style Goya electric guitar was made in Korea by CF Martin Guitar Company sometime in the 1980's as best I can tell. Martin Guitars acquired the Goya brand name from Dude Inc. in 1977 and started making their low priced Goya guitars in Korea. There's a "Les Paul" Goya guitar simillar to mine shown on page 13 of my 1977 Goya Guitar catalog. "Click here" to see that catalog page.
